‘1Jn 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.’
Good morning from the Secretariat. We thank God for another Day before us. We receive his mercies this morning. His Mercies are new every morning and his steadfast love never ceases (Lamentations 3: 22-23). Today we share with you the fact that Jesus took your place.
Because of the Adamic fall, we were all been sentenced to death through Sin (Ephesians 2: 1). We were eternally to be separated from God, and worst of all is that when we could die, we could go to hell or hades. We were spiritually dead (Ephesians 4: 18 and 5: 14).
Thanks be to God that through Christ, He brought light and immortality to us. No more death (2 Timothy 1: 10).
Jesus therefore took our place of sin and atoned or paid for our sins. He delivered us from death through His death on the Cross. Indeed, when he died, we died with Him. When He arose, we arose with Him and Now we are seated together with him in the Heavenly places (Ephesians 2: 6).
We now reign with Christ in the heavens far above failure, witchcraft, sin and poverty which are all elements of this world, by Grace.
This reminds us of the famous Luganda Rhythm ‘Omutango ya gujawo,’
God Bless you have a Blessed Day full of Favour and Grace.
