Mark 11:22 ‘And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.’
Greetings from the Secretariat. Today we share with you about the God Kind of faith.
Considering the text before our theme scripture, from St. Mark’s Gospel Chapter 11 verse 12, we are informed that Jesus was Hungry as he journeyed with his disciples from Bethany.
The Word of God records that Jesus saw a Fig tree from a far. He was happy that he would find some figs to eat. However, he later found that the tree had no figs, for it was not a season for figs.
In response to the unfruitfulness of the fig tree, Jesus answered and said to it ‘No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.’ (Mark 11: 14).
Jesus talked to the tree! He did not accept to be a victim of circumstances. He responded and talked to the condition of unproductivity and unfruitfulness.
The next day when he passed same place with his disciples, Peter recalled the Words of Jesus and he noticed the tree had dried from its roots. Peter exclaimed and told Jesus what had transpired, and Jesus told him, ‘Have faith in God.’ The Marginal Reference KJV Version quotes the same portion as to ‘Have the God Kind of Faith.’ The God Kind of Faith speaks to circumstances. Jesus talked to the tree.
Talk to anything that you don’t want in your life. It will bow before you.
