UCLF helps restore relation between two brothers caused by a land wrangle

There was a land wrangle that had bitterly divided two brothers Ocira Alex and Moro John for over 4 years. The two could not share anything in common, neither could they talk to each other.  The land in question is 118 acres. Ocira Alex wanted to use it alone to the exclusion of his brother yet according to Acholi traditions the two brothers would share it since it was inherited from their late father. A mediation session led by UCLF and clan heads settled it after several sittings and involving the Alero Area Land Committee. The land was divided using GPS that was brought by area land committee and the relationship has been fully restored between the two brothers.
